In a study involving mice that aged prematurely, this combination of techniques was shown to improve health and life expectancy. Although the research was conducted on mice rather than humans, it supports the idea that tackling ageing processes on multiple fronts can offer benefits. Reducing inflammation in particular plays an important role in healthy ageing.
